We believers, making use of the directive by our esteemed general ruler, Comrade Stalin, who says in his dear Constitution in Paragraph 124 that the church is separated from the state and schools and churches may freely practice all cultural services, in view of this hereby request that Father Ioann Krotov, our elected priest, be registered to perform all Christian rites and services for us.
