To instructor of the Union Ts.K. Comrade Odintsov

From Klavdia Fyodorovna Maksimovskaia.

Esteemed Comrade Odintsov!

First of all I send you warm greetings and my shockworker's thanks for the attention you rendered me and the practical assistance.

I am not writing you anymore from Dikoe but from Abkhazia.

I am at a resort in Novyi Afon. I am so happy that, besides the northern krai, I have a chance to see other parts where there is never any winter. And apart from that I saw a lot of intiresting things, on the way, when I was traveling, as for example: Donbas-Konstaninovka and other industrial cities.

Comrade Odintsov! I am so grateful to you that I cannot even express it in words.

Well, really, can you possibly write about your feelings in words? I will be able to express my gratitude when I return back to the sovkhoz, in [to] my shockwork. I will again spare no effort to struggle for strengthening our sovkhoz so that our sovkhoz can be profitable and the most advanced sovkhoz in the Northern Krai.

My health is improving noticeably I feel well.

It is very warm here, almost like it is in the summer at home, and that's all for now.
