To the Director, the Head of the Political Department and the Chairman of the Workers' Trade Union Committee of Armavir Dairy and Meat Sovkhoz No. 32

Copies to: The director and deputy director of the Northern Caucasus Dairy and Meat Trust's political section and to the Northern Caucasus Kraikom of the Union.

According to our information, the best shockworker on the sovkhoz, who has been awarded prizes by the Central Contest Commission, Comrade Sychov, has yet to be provided with the necessary cultural and living conditions, training has not been set up for him, etc.

We direct that:

1) The room occupied by Comrade Sychov be given a proper look and be completely and appropriately furnished at the expense of the sovkhoz.

2) Assistance be provided in purchasing footwear through the sovkhoz workers' cooperative or in the town stores.

3) Comrade Sychov be provided with an improved diet, while an improved diet is simultaneously arranged for the shockworkers of the sovkhoz.

4) Comrade Sychov be assisted in securing the necessary fodder for his hogs.

5) A cow or calf be sold to him with an extended payment term of 1.5-2 years.

6) Instructors be assigned to Comrade Sychov to advance his general education so that he can be prepared for technical animal-husbandry courses.

7) An appropriate environment be established for Comrade Sychov in his work by organizing an exchange of work experience among brigades.

At the same time we call your attention to the absence of veterinary training for workers on your sovkhoz. It is directed that this area of work be activated immediately.

You are to report on measures you have taken and the results no later than 1 November 1935.
