How to read Cyrillic on your computer

If you see gibberish instead of the Russian characters, try the following:

Windows

MS Internet Expolorer:

• Go to View -- Encoding and select Cyrillic Windows (or KOI-8)
• Also, go to Tools/Internet options -- General -- Languages and add Russian to the list

Macintosh

MS Internet Exlorer:

• Go to View -- Character set -- Cyrillic Windows
• Also, go to Edit -- Preferences -- Langauges/Fonts. Add Russian to the list.

If nothing works, consult this site or talk to a Mac guru.
