HEARD:
1. ICC members Grzegorzewski, Iskrov, Krajewski, Walecki and Eberlein have been
expelled from [their] Communist parties as enemies of the people and have been
arrested by the organs of Soviet power.
RESOLVED:
To remove from the ICC the following members arrested by the organs of Soviet
power and expelled from [their] Communist parties as enemies of the people:
Grzegorzewski, Iskrov, Krajewski, Walecki and Eberlein.[iii]

[i] Tu Ho Sin (real name – Gao Dzhili). Born in 1900, a member of the CPCh from 1926. Between 1926 and May 1927, on the decision of the CPCh, he was member of the Kuomintang. After 1935, he was member of the ICC. In late 1937, he left for China where he worked, after 1939, as deputy Chairman of the Government of the Shensi-Gansu-Khinian Soviet border region.
[ii] Mikha Grigorievich Tskhakaia (1865-1950). A member of the Bolshevik party from 1898. From 1920, he was member of the CC CP of Georgia. In 1923-1930, he was one of the Chairmen of the Trans-Caucasian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic (ZSFSR), a member of the Presidium of the Central Executive Committee (CEC) of the USSR, Chairman of the Presidium of the CEC of Soviet Georgia. Between 1920 and 1922, he was a member of the ECCI and, after 1928, a member of the ICC.
