Help Mexican CP rouse whole public opinion against presence of Trotsky in Mexico which is real provocation to all Soviet people and Mexico. The alliance of Trotsky with Japanese directly targetted [sic]against USA and threaten[s] Mexico too. The same offensive campaign carry on in USA aiming to clear out Trotskyites from all mass organizations.
